Renovating Buildings to Raise Energy Performance: Cases from around the World

The Energy Efficiency Hub regularly brings officials and experts from Members together to share their experience. This in-person session, on the occasion of the IEA’s 9th Global Conference on Energy Efficiency, will gather feature lessons from around the world in improving the energy performance of existing buildings, whether through dedicated programmes or components of broader building renovations. Speakers will share case studies of past and current programmes, describing objectives, challenges, approaches, and results. The session aims to highlight the differences and the commonalities countries confront in making progress in this diverse sector.

This special event is a part of the IEA’s 9th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency taking place in Nairobi, Kenya on 21-22 May.
